How I Want to Camp

This past weekend, Jari and John rolled into town with this beast. It's nice. That's what I call camping. It was great to see them and their new baby.

What do think of the cold front that just rolled in? The colder temps have me craving comfort food. The other morning I was watching WFAA Daybreak News and I came across this simple chili recipe. I made it and it was pretty good. I didn't add the beans, so it was basically a tomato and beef chili stew. It was delicious.

It was not a crockpot recipe, but I desperately want to use my crockpot to make something good. Got any ideas? Think comfort food. Well, think healthy comfort food. Does that exists?

In money down the drain news. It looks like we have a plumbing issue in the master bathroom. It's a problem Mr. Handyman can't' fix. What? I didn't know that was possible...He tried fixing it, but the problem is beyond him. So, it looks like we're going to have to call an expert. This stinks so bad.
