My Week in Instagram Pictures

Hey, today is my mom's wedding day. Yesterday, we spent most of our day traveling from Fort Worth to Port Lavaca. Normally, we only stop at gas stations and grab food from the drive-thru, but this time we really took our time. We made several stops along the way.

Before we got on the road, I went to the gym for an hour workout. I hit it hard on the bike and cycled a little over 17 miles.

Our first stop was before we really got started. Trey and Cheyennen had to have donuts. Talk about a happy child: donuts and cartoons. I wish I had something like that when I was her age. I remember being so bored on road trips.

We also stopped at the Hilsburo Outlet Mall. I bought a $12 dollar Large Workout shirt, something to get me thru the next 9 weeks. Trey bought a pair of sporty sunglasses, that look awesome on ME. Don't be surprised if I steal them from him. Bonus, they are also polarized.
 
We had lunch at Logan's Roadhouse in Waco. Logan's is one of my favorite (chain) steak restaurants. Their sweet potatoes are perfection! Trey does service work at the Waco location, so we chatted with the manager. They are really friendly out there, you should stop by that location, if you are ever in the area.

We made it to Port Lavaca around 6 pm and visited with my grandma. We are staying with my aunt and uncle. This evening is the wedding, so I'll be busy taking pictures and video.

Now to back track - My weekly Intragram Pictures
 A decision was made regarding the treadmill part. Trey and I decided we'd eat the $50 dollar cost and get most of our money back on the control board for my ironman treadmill. 50 bucks is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Why don't I just burn my cash right now? Restocking fees and service charges are a lie. All someone has to do is put this item back on the shelf. It shouldn't cost $50, but whatever. It is what it is.

Ok, that's enough complaining. Here is something that brightened my week. A PhD student gave me a Braum's Ice Cream gift card. She wanted to thank me for helping her with a video project. She got an A on the project.

Do you take supplements. I take a prenatal, iron, and fish oil. I usually leave these out in the kitchen and take them in the morning. I just take 3 at a time, not 9.

This spring weather has been lovely! We've been enjoying the outdoors.
Last weekend, Cheyenne was playing in the backyard, while I was inside cooking. I watched her play all by herself and at that moment I felt pretty good about being pregnant. I know Cheyenne will have a playmate soon. The poor child looked so lonely out there playing by herself.
