I Could Wait, But He Couldn't

Yesterday evening, I completed a photo shoot. At that point I had collected all the money I needed for my NEW CAMERA. That was easy. Thank goodness for clients who pay in advance. I was heading home and Trey and Cheyenne were waiting on the porch for me. They were waving their arms off.

Trey said, "Let's go get your new camera!"

I was planning on buying it this weekend, duh! I had the whole thing planned out. I envisioned it in my head like a million times and the idea of buying it early threw me off. Completely. But Trey was so excited for me, so I figured okay...why not? You would think he was getting a new toy.

So, I took my deep pockets (you can call me money pants or G$...well, not anymore, but yesterday you could've) and emptied them out at Sam's Club. I got a Canon T2i DSLR with a standard lens, telephoto lens, memory card, and camera bag. Oh and a few cords and stuff.

I took my new toy home and didn't have anything to shoot. So, I ran across the street and took a few snapshots. This was the first one.
