10 Mile Long Run

RunningDistance: 10 miles
Duration: 01:32:40
Average Pace Per Mile: 9:16
Weather: 53 degrees. NNW at 13 mph. WINDY!

After a full week of being indoors, I had to get out and RUN. I knew it was windy, but I didn't care. I ran a hilly route and in the process I discovered a neighborhood trail. It was short, but scenic. After about six miles of running outside, I had enough of the wind and headed home. I completed my run on the treadmill.

It was about three in the afternoon, when Trey said, "Hey where is my lunch?" I was still running on the treadmill. He walked up to me and acted like he was going to kick my legs! I was laughing so hard, I had to grab the safety bars. He cracks me up. Then he stood right in front of the treadmill and just stared at me. Really? I hate it when he does that. It sucks the energy right out of me. AGH!

Here is a snapshot near the neighborhood trail. Snow still on the ground, but it was sunny and warm enough for a running skirt and short sleeves. Snow on the ground and short sleeves, only in Texas.
