Trey totally kicked my butt this morning. I wanted to give up, but he kept pushing me. He'd say, "One more rep!" He makes it look easy. No fair.
After working out our triceps and biceps, Trey ran for five minutes and I ran a 8:40 mile.

My itty-bitty arm muscles. What can I say? Well, at least my leg muscles are really strong.
