My Week in Photos

Bye-Bye Cheyenne's School.
I'm a proud momma
That's my daughter.....
Cheyenne Loves Diamonds
Tuesday was Cheyenne's last day of Ballet Class. Now, she'll have a break until her camp starts in July.

Do you RedBox? We do. Lately, we've seen Thor, Cars 2, and Hop. Last weekend we tried to watch Happy Feet 2, but the disc was damaged. We called RedBox Customer Service and they gave us two promo codes.

This applies to a 3 year old too.

"Muffins with Mommy Day"

This morning, I woke up on my own with zero assistance from an alarm clock. It was so nice to have an easy going morning and not have to rush off to work. I had a late start because today, was muffins with mommy day at Cheyenne's school.

This was the first time all semester for me to take her to school. I felt like that mom --- "the working mom" that misses out on stuff like dropping her child off at school and the mom who could only stay for 20 minutes because I had to get to work.

Well, Cheyenne was excited to show me around. "Momma, I play on that playground and that's my friend Jackson and I sleep right there during nap time." She was full of energy and excitement.

Her teacher gave us four mini-muffins to share and Chey ate all of them. I told her I didn't want any and she said, Dakota needs them!Muffins with Mommy Day at School
When it was time for me to leave, she gave me the death grip to the neck, kind of like in the photo. "Momma, don't leave me!" I didn't want to, but I had to. She didn't shed any tears, but she made it clear, she wanted me to stay.

This was us last year at her school. It was the same thing -- Muffins with Mommy Day.

I had some one on one time with Cheyenne this morning and last night Trey did too. He took her out to get a snow cone. She likes the Barbie one, I'm assuming because it's pink.

It Must Be Nice & Too Much Power

Cheyenne had a PJ Day at her school. She looks so comfy. Dallas Cowboys slippers and a fleece robe. It must be nice. Hmmm, I suppose I can't complain. After all, I do wear stretchy pants all day-everyday.
Hello, pregnancy.
PJ Day
NAME GAME:
As you know, Trey gets to name the baby. He gets the first name and I get the middle name AND because of THAT, I've decided he has too much power! He's been coming up with the most random name suggestions and I can't tell if he's being cute or serious. You'd think after all these years, I'd be able to tell. A few months ago, he had a name picked out, but now he's changed his mind or has he? I don't know! It's hard to come up with a middle name, when I don't know the first name. So, I will wait (I have no choice), until Trey makes a decision.

Who Am I?
I want more than one cup of coffee a week, but I don't want to drink a lot of caffeine, since I'm pregnant. So, I'm doing something, I never thought I would....I'm switching to decaf. GASP! I know!

So, far, I've had two cups and I can't tell a difference. I like coffee because it gives me that extra umff, but more than anything I love the morning ritual. Something about sipping black coffee during my morning commute, brings me so much happiness. Coffee lovers, you know what I'm talking about.

I had to dip into my coffee reserve because I'm completely out or my usual stuff...
Luckily --- When Trey knocked me up, I mean when we went to Port Lavaca, I saved the coffee packages that were in our hotel room. I have a few more of these to hold me over until the weekend.

THIS IS SO NICE
Chey has been using her portable DVD player everyday. She enjoys using it most, during our morning and evening commute.

Recently, she's been hooked on Care Bears. I love Care Bears! It was my all time favorite cartoon! The first thing I bought myself when I was a wee lad was a generic care bear. It was generic because I didn't have that much money saved, but I really wanted the bear...Now, Chey gets to enjoy him/her - I don't know, I guess it's a unisex bear.

Lunch on the Go!

We got Cheyenne two lunch boxes. A girl needs options, right? Two of her favorite things: Dora the Explorer and the Dallas Cowboys.

Since we signed her up for the True Blue Kids Fan Club, she got this Cowboys lunch box.
