22 Week Prenatal Visit

This morning, I hit the ground running, actually I haven't gone for a run (yet) -- but I hope to fit one it before the day is over. It was just a busy morning for Cheyenne and I. We were shopping bright and early, in order to beat the crowds. We got our Sam's Club essentials. In case you are wondering, this is what $50 dollars can buy you...Hiding under the mushrooms are 3 lbs of tomatoes.

Don't you hate when this happens? When the gas light comes on, I usually realize it when I'm stuck in traffic or if I've just passed a gas station. Today, it was a forever long red light.

After pushing the car to the gas station, not really, but it makes the story sound better, Cheyenne and I headed to my 22 week prenatal appointment. An update on the pregnancy: Everything is going smoothly. I heard Dakota's heartbeat. Next time, I will take my glucose test aka get my drink on. Yuck! Who wants to drink it for me? Oh, and I'll need to collect your urine, I hope that won't be a problem.

I love this portable DVD player, it's the best babysitter/distraction/lifesaver ever! Cheyenne always does great when I take her with me. It helps that my doctor is fast. I'm usually in and out of there in less than an hour. My average visit time is about 35 minutes.

Here is my DailyMile training from last week. The green hump with no number is an elliptical workout. I've been trying to run at least 30 miles a week and so far I've been consistent. Today, I woke up feeling blah, so I'm not sure if I'll get a run in, but I would like to. That's why I prefer to run in the mornings, because I just do it and I don't have enough time to think about it. Now, that it's the afternoon, I'm like -- Do I really want to get sweaty? I mean I'm already dressed for the day. You guys can relate, right?
Training from 01/30 - 02-05
P.S. I'll announce the winner of the Chobani Yogurt this evening. I'm so excited!!!!!!!
