I Felt Like THAT Mom

Today, Cheyenne had a Christmas performance at school and I missed it because I had to work. Yes, I felt like THAT mom -- the working mom (INSERT THE GINORMOUS GUILT-TRIP I HAD --- HERE). I got over myself pretty fast, once I knew Trey confirmed he would be able to attend her performance. Plus, Trey's parents were in town, so they went too. Trey said she didn't even ask for me. I guess, that's a good thing?

Out of all the days, I work, today was one of the busiest. This morning, I had a video shoot and later in the afternoon a photo shoot. Two big productions. Lots of pressure, but the good kind.

I was so thankful the university set-up this backdrop. It was perfect for taking group and individual photos. Over the next few days, my goal is to sort through all the photos. All 600 of them. I forgot to mention I also had another photo shoot yesterday evening -- So, my week is flying by. I like to have a quick turn around, on my work...no more than four days. I don't like for them to sit on my hard drive for too long. Plus, I know the students are anxious to see them.

During one of my breaks, I walked the campus housing model. Not too bad for college living.

Trey said Cheyenne's performance was fantastic and she sang her heart out. I'll share pictures and VIDEO soon.
Out and about
