I don't have an update on the treadmill. It's in the same condition. Trey has been working late and hasn't had a free moment. I hope he makes it a priority this weekend.
Since I'm dealing with some pain in my left leg, I haven't been itching to run. Last night, I did P90X Plyometrics. I don't have the extra energy I use to. I had to modify a few of the moves and drop my intensity. It would be nice to run this weekend, especially, since my goal is to run 1,500 miles this year. I'm close to reaching my goal, but I can't afford to take a lot of days off from running. I think I need to run around 28 miles a week from now until the end of December.
