Now what?
I never thought I'd say this, but I think this kind of lifestyle is sustainable over a lifetime. Not, 100% Paleo, but 80/20. ----- Meaning, eating clean 80% of the time and not worrying too much about the 20%.
There is no denying how great I feel eating this way. That's why I've decided to continue eating this way. For how long? I don't know, as long as I want. I'm sure I will experience good and bad seasons of paleo, but my ultimate goal is to make this a lifelong habit.
What I missed:
Chocolate
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oreos - which contain chocolate (duh)
Domino's Pizza
What I didn't miss (too much):
Coffee - someone check my pulse to make sure I'm still alive
Cheese
BEANS!!!!! Again check my pulse
I would like to talk more about paleo and what it will look like for me. I already have so many blog topics I would like to discuss regarding this subject...my brain is brewing with ideas.
